I ordered this product online to be delivered to a friend in hyd who will bring it to US. I ordered 10 flowers for $18. Shipping cost was $5. The product was sent thru speed post on time. The delivery attempt was made only once . As door was locked , note was left saying collect the same from post office . Though the customer service team informed me that delivery will be attempted again , it was NOT done . My friend has to go to PO thrice .( 1. To come only between 10-12, 2. Concerned person unavailable 3. Unable to locate the parcel in PO) then finally collected it from PO in 4th visit. The shipping cost paid is not worth for the service . So if anyone ordering from this website , plz ensure that u r available during delivery.
